tat day trg we gt interval trg. help. 2.4km leh. haiyo. den stil got wu ji hua tiao, etc. :'( now e muscle very de pain arh~~ yea~ tml no trg!! so happie~ woohoo.. tml zls gonna trit many of us to movie The Incredibles!! den still got pizza hut worh.. he bok gai liao lor. hahaha.. so happy.. lalalala~
