Okay so my promos are finally over!
and i've a testimony to share.
ok, thats actually my unlce's testimony. which im very encouraged.
after my physics paper on monday i wanted to pop by my auntie's place near school, i wanted to visit my uncle too, even though they stay very near each other, i didnt know the way to my uncle's place.. so hahhaa, i thot its good enough to visit my auntie. :P
JUST as i was taking the bus to my auntie's place , my uncle so coincidentally boarded the bus too!!! :D amazing heh. and i really think that its by divine appointment. ;)
btw, my uncle has been seriously ill since 2006, because of his bad smoking and drinking habits during his younger days, only 30% of his lungs are working now.. yes its true..
me: eeeeeeeeh ah gu ! ( uncle in hokkien ) why are you here!
uncle: ohhhhh i went to buy lunch..
me: okay.. so how're you?
he told me he begin attending church of our saviour tgt with my cousin ( which is his daughter ) .
and there is this one thing different about him . ;)
as i said, he was very ill in 2006, everyone thought he's going to die already, but thank God he didnt. he received Christ at his 'deathbed' and God is very good to him, he's miraculously healed, and though his condition is still quite bad now, he says he's very happy.
uncle: you know ah, im very grateful to God already, i was supposed to die in 2006, but God gave me 2007, 2008 now.. im already very happy..
and he shared with me about how he goes to church now and pray, and healing sessions where other people pray for him, IM SO VERY ENCOURAGED. he didnt believe God until 2 yrs back, and i believe that it is really in God's time that he has come to know Him. :) im so very happy! and he shared with me about his walk with God and all, his wife, which is my auntie, told me that he became less short tempered after receiving Jesus..
and im sure this change is a gradual one becos i rmb her saying in the beginning of the year that my uncle's temper is still quite bad..
now that my cousins has brought my uncle to know God, leaving her mother the only one who chooses to believe in other gods.. my uncle says: pray, we do pray for her now.. but really, its not time yet now.. in God's timing, she will..
